Job Description

Do you consider yourself an expert in Research, Interaction design and UX design?

Do you excel at research and developing user personas?  Do you have a good eye for digital and UX Design with the ability to develop wireframes and user flows?  Have you got good web analytical knowledge and solid experience using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies?

If your answers are yes to the above, and being a highly creative and innovative UX Strategist who likes to think outside the box, our client, a leading global agency that works with eCommerce, SaaS and Tech clients is seeking YOU.

The role is based in London – flexible / remote and hybrid office work options.

ROLE PURPOSE

  • To conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand users
  • To develop a roadmap of optimisation ideas
  • To lead overall design efforts that align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
  • To assist with coordinating, planning and leading working sessions as well as workshops/demos/meetings

CORE SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Use a mix of qualitative and quantitative research to uncover behavioural insights – this would include website audits, web analytics, user journey analysis, heuristic reviews, user testing etc.
  • Articulate any insights discovered as part of your research and develop hypotheses
  • Produce wireframes, information architecture diagrams, user stories, and personas to help articulate your insights and ideas
  • Report and communicate the impact of your recommendations and tests to client stakeholders of all levels
  • Seamlessly convey ideas, define requirements, and challenge assumptions to advocate for users while respecting others’ points of view
  • Provide guidance to Designers to ensure all deliverables are produced
  • Influence stakeholders (especially those unfamiliar with the design discipline) – but know when to listen, when to contribute and when to evangelize
  • Be an active listener and experienced interviewer who enjoys using great questions to help participants drive the conversation
  • Author presentations and convey research findings, recommendations, and designs to stakeholders
  • Create rapid prototypes to validate design and process concepts with stakeholders and users
  • Have a clear understanding of “good” vs “bad” design, and why
  • Be experienced in using tools such as Miro, Sketch, Invision & Adobe Creative Suite
  • Be knowledgeable of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar and UserTesting
